Terms of service

Effective 2026-09-12. Written to be read.

1. Who we are

Omarchy.Fans Cloud ("we", "the service") is run by omarchy.fans. We are fans of Omarchy, not affiliated with the Omarchy project or its authors. The Agent Launcher and Digital Twin plugins are open-source software licensed separately (MIT); these terms cover only the hosted service.

2. What you get

Digital-twin machines and browser access to them, sandboxes, cloud machines for hosted agents, private GPU machines, and access to the preset catalog, as described on this site and metered as described on the pricing page. Features marked "coming" are not part of the service until they launch. You deal only with us.

3. Your account

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the API tokens you mint. Tell us at once if a token leaks; you can revoke any token from the dashboard. One person, one account; Studio orgs may invite seats.

4. Paying

  1. Tier subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe.
  2. Metered usage (awake hours, storage, twin storage, GPU minutes) beyond your tier's quota is billed in arrears on the same invoice, at the rates on the pricing page at the time of use.
  3. The Fan tier without a payment method stops at its quota; it never incurs charges.
  4. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email and on the pricing page. Continued use after that is acceptance.
  5. Subscriptions are refundable within 14 days if usage stayed within the Fan quota. Metered usage is not refundable.

5. Your stuff

Everything on your machines is yours: files, agent homes, checkpoints, model outputs. We claim no rights to it. We access it only to operate the service (provisioning, backups, billing) or when required by law, and we tell you when we can. When you destroy a machine, its data is deleted; when a subscription lapses, machines above the Fan quota are kept asleep for 30 days and then deleted.

6. Our stuff

The service, the dashboard, and first-party presets are ours. Expert presets belong to their authors and are licensed to you for the length of your subscription to them.

7. Expert authors

Publishing a preset requires a Studio tier and our review. You keep 80% of net subscription revenue, paid monthly. You warrant that your preset is your own work, is accurate to the best of your professional knowledge, and clearly states what it is and is not (see the acceptable-use policy). We may unpublish a preset that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

8. Acceptable use

The acceptable-use policy is part of these terms. Breaking it may get a machine stopped or an account closed; we refund unused subscription time unless the breach was deliberate.

9. Availability and limits

We aim for the service to be up and to keep your data safe, and we take backups of our own systems. We do not promise uptime, and machine data is not backed up unless you take a checkpoint. Quotas and rate limits apply and are documented. Agents are software; check their work before you act on it.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data you did not checkpoint, or decisions made on an agent's advice.

11. Ending things

You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We can end the service to you with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Either way, you can export your data for 30 days.
