Your files, agent homes, conversations, checkpoints and model outputs live on your cloud machines. We do not read them, index them, train on them, or sell them. Support staff may access a machine only with your permission to fix a problem you reported, and we log when that happens.
GPU relay logs record timing and byte counts for billing, never prompt or completion text. The inference server's own logs stay on your machine.
The Digital Twin plugin excludes credentials, keys, browser profiles and anything on your exclude list. We cannot see what we never receive.
We run the service with infrastructure providers under contract, who process data only on our instructions and only to run your machines and our systems. The list of providers is available to customers on request at privacy@omarchy.fans.
One session cookie to keep you signed in, and one localStorage key to remember your theme. No third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
The payment processor (billing details), the infrastructure suppliers (what is needed to run your machine), and nobody else, unless the law requires it. We will tell you about a legal request unless we are ordered not to.
Export or delete your account and data from the dashboard at any time. Deleting an account destroys its machines. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Email privacy@omarchy.fans for anything the dashboard cannot do.
We post changes here and email account holders about anything that affects them.
